Not believing the story
Mark proceeded to recount the entire story to his wife, but she remained skeptical and thought it was a ridiculous excuse for adopting a dog without her knowledge, assuming he had acted covertly because he anticipated her disapproval.
Fortunately, Mark had the photos of the dog with the cubs. And just like that, the evidence is right there in black and white (well, more like color, but you get the idea). That’s a mic-drop moment if I’ve ever seen one!
